Ikigai是一個日語概念，意思是“生存的理由”。意指生活目標和幸福感。廣義的概念就是為生活帶來價值和快樂的東西：從人－如孩子或朋友能令你開懷；工作和興趣－為你帶來滿足感；水、空氣或大自然－令我們感受到存在的快活。

而我們的“ikigai”是個人自信。
學習寵愛自己，了解自己的身體，如穿甚麼讓你感覺良好。當你感覺最好時，便是你的最佳狀態。所以，我們不怕忽略潮流，建立一個滋潤心靈的衣橱。我們相信”自我寵愛”，是懂得把它融入生活，是一個持久的習慣，一種生活態度。

Ikigai is a Japanese concept that means "a reason for being". Having a sense of purpose in life & a feeling of well-being.

A broad concept, it refers to that which brings value and joy to life: from people, such as one's children or friends, to activities including work and hobbies, to living likes water, air, or nature.

Our " ikigai" is self-confidence.
Practising self-care, wear what makes you feel good. You look your best when you feel your best.
